Refund Policy
Pluma Libre News will exercise every care and diligence to prevent error and omission in any advertisement. The publisher shall not be liable for slight changes or typographical errors that do not lessen the value of an advertisement. In the event of errors that materially affect the value of the advertisement, Pluma Libre News will be responsible for only the space in which the error occurred. The Pluma Libre News' liability for errors on multiple insertions will not extend beyond the first day the ad is published. Claims for adjustments must be made within 7 days of publication. For claims send your adjustment(s) by e-mail at advertise@plumalibrenews.com or contact your account executive.
Cancellations
The closing time for cancellations is two (2) working days prior to the scheduled print date for black and white material and three (3) working days prior to the scheduled print date for color material. Cancellations will not be accepted after the applicable closing time. The Advertiser will be responsible for any production or creative services provided by Company regardless of the cancellation of Advertiser's advertising ($50 minimum charge) .
